i placed my hand on various parts of my hips, hoping to pinpoint where it was coming from, but i was feeling it in my hip bone. it had a short pulse - like a phone, but it kept repeating, almost like some SOS signal, coming from within.

am i a cyborg? like a cylon? what biological function inside me could produce such a constant, steady pulse of vibration? am i a sleeper agent being activated by some alien ship? could blood rushing through some constricted vessel produce such an internal vibration? did i swallow a cell phone? i don't understand. i'm confused.
